Order Tracking

Quantum View will automatically email UPS tracking numbers to you, once the order is shipped. The US Post Office does not provide that service; they only provide "Delivery Confirmation" numbers. The US Postal web site posts the status of the delivery- it does not track the package.

You can get the tracking and delivery confirmation numbers, for shipped orders, by logging into your Mid-East account online. Then click the "Order Status" Link.

To check an individual shipment, enter the invoice number and click on the View Order button. If you don't remember the invoice Number, use the Multiple Order Search and Select "Only Shipped Orders" from the drop-down menu for the appropriate dates. You can then open the order and see the tracking/delivery number.
